Tom later sold the firm and joined Coldwell Banker—Colorado’s #1 real estate company.  Armed with the knowledge Tom gained in the Gold Run Condominium project, he focused on condo-specific sales and marketing for over 20 developments in Denver and Boulder. He sold over 3,000 condominiums, totaling over $1 billion in sales, Tom’s impressive experience in the condo arena speaks for itself.
